a challenge for March

Hey all! It's Kay here, and starting with this month we are going to be offering up a monthly challenge with a prize. All you have to do is send in your project by the end of the month, in this case March 31, to be eligible to win!

Without further ado, here is your challenge. Create a layout using BLOCKING. Basically this means create a square or rectangular shape on your layout. Here is an example:

 

Notice how I built a rectangle around that photo? (And by the way, can you tell from this challenge I'm a math teacher? LOL!) Because I was going for a little more white space, I wanted the patterns to be a bit smaller. Therefore I used the Wee Bundle from the line Ellie's Tale, which has papers that are 6" x 6", so the scale of the design is smaller.

The winner of this months challenge will win a $50 box of Sassafras goodies!

 

So what do you  need to do? Create a layout with 85% of the product being Sassafras and send it to [email protected] by March 31.
