there are so many unique styles to admire in the world of paper crafting. today let's enjoy and admire the light and airy style of these talented crafters. There is such simple beauty in the softness of the colors chosen and the light mix of products.
Fryne has a lovely way of using quite a few products on one page but still keeping the over all feel softly beautiful.
Here she uses count me in papers, count me in sweat treats, garden bits chipboard stickers, tailored deck paper whimsies, and a bit of mix and mend papers.
Fryne continues with the combination of mix and mend and count me in papers. she also uses the entwined blooms to add dimension and layers while still keeping the soft and airy style.
and this third project also from fryne..... gorgeous!
Amanda combines a vintage photo with a vintage brooch to create this stunning project.
take a closer look...
Leah uses the indie girl collection to create this artsy statement celebrating her camera. very cool!
another indie girl project by Leah. She's added just the right touch of mist and stitch to make a statement that often times less is more.
Thank you for joining in today in admiring a style that shines with simple beauty. Are you a light and airy crafter? I know these girls and many of you are going to be so excited to start creating with the new sweetly smitten line. I was looking at stacks of this paper yesterday as boxes were being put together to send out to our design team. It's so beautiful. I keep falling more in love with it by the day.... i think you will too.
In DESIGN TEAM news.... the contestents have been narrowed down to about 100. Which means we need a bit more time. We are going to take the next few weeks to make the final cuts, send out secret notifications, and then on March 1st make the announcement public.
Wowed by Fryne, Amanda and Leah. If these are some of the fabulous submissions, looks like the new DT is going to be amazing.

I remember back when to keep me quiet in Church my Grandmother would let me rifle through her purse. She always had a hankie back in the day! Wish I had some of those!
